I think I just like markers … | Assault Lily vol. 3 Bar/Door Deck List

… and cool girls with weapons, those are also great.

Hello there! It’s been a while since I’ve been in the Weiss kitchen (what do you mean I’m not supposed to cook one deck and run it to the ground for 2 years???) but anyway, Assault Lily vol. 3 comes out this weekend, and it has all three of my braincells in a fucking vice grip with how fun it is to build and how much I love playing it. Even that combination alone is a rare experience for me when it comes to Weiss decks, but this one’s also kinda stupid strong? I guess I can have nice things after all!

Tokyo Revengers Dual Laners PahChin Deck Guide by Carson Hua

If I had a nickel for every time someone dropped their Weiss magnum opus in a random google doc right under my nose, I’d have two nickels – but it’s great that it happened twice! Everything else in this post is Carson‘s writing, I’m just utilizing my platform to make this work of madness (and love, I assume) easier to find. Thanks for stopping by!

Deck Building Journal: Guilty Gear – STRIVE –

I’m the kinda person who’ll come up with a Christmas gift in July and spoil it by mid-August, so it’s a bloody miracle I’ve been sitting on some exciting Guilty Gear -Strive- card reveals for over a month without losing my marbles. But as far as I can tell, I’m no less sane than when I took 5Pants3Standby Bang Dream to regionals, so in the following days, this post will grace you with a progressive insight into the deck crafting process of the creature who once unironically built this and liked it. If this venture were to have a disclaimer, it would be for entertainment purposes mostly – my entertainment, that is.

Mushoku Tensei Deck and Match-Up Guide by Roy Choi

Roy’s been playing Mushoku since the set released in JP, and after topping BRO 2022 with the infamous 8 Standby build, he took the time to create a very detailed guide for the deck’s options and lines of play against different decks. Seeing as it was originally posted as a Google doc in the FB Global Community, I thought it would be worthwhile to re-work it into a form that’s easier to find, especially for new players who might not be in all the different Facebook and Discord groups where these kinda links are usually shared. So here we are, with all the expert Mushoku content in blog format!

Everything else going forward is Roy’s work, which I hope you’ll find as insightful as I did 🙂

Not Everything Has To Be an Eren To Be Worth Your Time

This thing. Ask anyone who’s ever played Weiss with me and they’ll tell you that I don’t like this thing. Lucky for me, my locals are mostly full of SAO and idols, so I don’t run into Erens nearly enough to be salty about losing to them – so disclaimer, this post is not a pile of game-losing salt. Sorry to disappoint.
