Roy’s been playing Mushoku since the set released in JP, and after topping BRO 2022 with the infamous 8 Standby build, he took the time to create a very detailed guide for the deck’s options and lines of play against different decks. Seeing as it was originally posted as a Google doc in the FB Global Community, I thought it would be worthwhile to re-work it into a form that’s easier to find, especially for new players who might not be in all the different Facebook and Discord groups where these kinda links are usually shared. So here we are, with all the expert Mushoku content in blog format!
Everything else going forward is Roy’s work, which I hope you’ll find as insightful as I did 🙂
With the second Bushiroad Rumble Online event wrapping up this weekend, I suppose here’s our preview of what we’ll be seeing in the autumn BCS season! Below, you can find all the players and decks that made it to Top 8 in each of the three regions.
Bushiroad Rumble Online 2021 just wrapped up this past weekend. A big perk of online tournaments is that they make it easier to gather everyone’s decklists – so if you’re in search of the best decks (and players) in the current English Weiss Schwarz meta, look no further!
After the release of the Magia Record anime set this summer, I’ve spent a really long time trying to craft a new Madoka list which would pay homage to the deck I started playing Weiss with more than 5 years ago. So this definitely isn’t the most competitive Madoka deck out there – but it’s the Madoka deck that lets me play the kind of Weiss I love the most. I hope at least some of you will find it fun as well!
With Round 1 of the Weiss Schwarz Invitationals coming to a close, I thought I’d take a moment to deliver my deck tech as promised! You’ve probably already seen the build on the event’s Encore Decks page, so I’ll just briefly go over how and why I ended up playing it. Want a video version of my thoughts? Check out my deck tech interview with From 2 to 4 😛
